Well, Gov. Malloy has a plan, that is. But we can celebrate!

Per Executive Order No. 1, OPM Secretary Ben Barnes has submitted a GAAP conversion plan to the legislature. Exciting stuff!

You can read some of the details of the conversion plan in this news release.
