We’re not the only CPA society paying attention!

Looks like we’re not the only state CPA society paying attention to the state’s fiscal issues!

It looks like the Ohio Society of CPAs has been at it for quite some time – an impressive section of their website is dedicated to the society’s efforts.

The site also includes a very comprehensive whitepaper. THIS is good stuff. What do you think? Can we, should we model our efforts after Ohio?

“Our basic approach, just as it would be for any client facing huge financial challenges, is to offer support and objective third-party recommendations to improve state revenue growth and reduce expenses,” the whitepaper broaches. It’s an interesting, straightforward approach – that is, after all, what you all do!
